My path into design started in architecture, where I learned to think in systems and design for people at a human scale. Since then, my work has expanded into service design, research, and strategy. I have helped organizations navigate complex challenges across healthcare, mobility, hospitality, and branding.

I'm most energized by bringing clarity to ambiguity: understanding people, connecting ideas, and helping teams move confidently from insight to action.
